The best realtor I've ever met and the only agent I'd ever want to use in the State of California.  Period.  Full stop. 

Michael changed how I look at the housing industry.  His experience and attention to detail are without par.  Great personal skills.  Amazing eye for detail.  Very insightful.  We had a very difficult project on a tight schedule and Michael was integral in keeping deadlines and things organized.

Just a solid pro.  Wish I could bring myself to criticize him so this review doesn't sound like fluff.  That's the only criticism I have for the guy.

Bought a Single Family home

Michael is energetic and very responsive to all questions and concerns regarding the purchase of my home.  He is very personable and I enjoyed his company as we viewed houses in my price range.  Also he was meticulous about making sure we saw all the houses that might work for me.  He also made sure I paid the best price for the house I got.  He was great at drawing up the paperwork and explaining what was happening to me. Pleasure working with him.
